One-on-One Sessions

Georgie provides hourly one on one sessions in the comfort of your home she is Melbourne based so unfortunately it is only available for Melbourne clients. This allows you to receive personal training not only Pilates based but as your strength develops more functional style training. Georgie will create a tailored made program for you to complete dependant on your injuries, goals and physical requirements.

Group Sessions

 Offering group sessions to mother groups or groups of women at a location of your choice. Georgie will create a workout dependant on your group and their needs, using a mixture of Pilates, functional movement and strength training. One-on-One Skype Sessions

 Georgie provides hourly Skype one on one sessions where she guides you through the program your own personal goals and program changes where required. Within this session she works on your form, regardless if you are a beginner or well rounded in Pilates these sessions have something to gain for everyone. This is a great opportunity to see how you can get the most out of the program but also have someone to help you during and after the program to get you back to feeling the best version of yourself!
