8 Week Post Natal Program

Our 8 week program designed for women to help regain strength and realign their bodies post birth and pregnancy. The program uses pilates based exercises which focus on the glutes, core, pelvic floor and postural muscles. This program is full of safe exercises to avoid prolapses and prevent any weaknesses that could lead to injuries.  

Our Mission

We aim to reconnect women with their bodies.

  • By providing a program which is appropriate and safe to complete at home in your own time!

  • A program designed for post natal women after pregnancy that want to focus on their core,

    glutes, posture and pelvic floor. 

  • Give women a program which helps promote some self care and love
